The Jan/Feb edition of ENA Connection came out today and to my surprise, I am in it along with my other Journal board members.

These women are iconic. They are passionate, dedicated and committed to advancing the practice of nursing and ensuring that all voices are heard.
As an educator, I have the opportunity to meet nurses from all over the world. Nothing makes me happier than learning innovative ways to deliver patient care from their firsthand experience.
As an author, my aim to amplify the stories of nurses. Not just disaster preparedness or public health related (although that is my passion), but also on topics that are impacting nurses all over the world.
Collectively, we can improve patient care. I am but one voice. I use my platform to share as much as I can, but I can’t do it alone.
My call to action for you all is to reach out, work together, share challenges and ideas. If you need a sounding board, I am volunteering myself. I will connect you with individuals that are just as passionate about supporting you as I am.
It is time that we stopped working against each other and start working more together.
