Please join FEMA Region 2 in partnership with the National CERT Association (NCA) and California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) for a webinar discussion about animals in disasters.

Our guest speaker from North Carolina Department of Public Safety will discuss four topics:

•General Animal Behavior, which is important to keep yourself safe as you work with them;

•Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals and the legal obligations surrounding them;

•Animal Issues in Emergency Management; and

•Animal- Related Emergency Management and CERT Functions.

Who should attend? Local, State, Federal government, Community and Faith-based Organizations, Emergency Managers, CERT Leads, Program Managers and volunteers.
