I try to visit a mosque in every country that I visit. I was successful on this trip to Japan as well!
This mosque reminded me of the Diyanet center in Maryland, with the elements of Turkish design and architecture.
The beauty of this visit was that I was able to take friends with me, and they listed to the call to prayer and had the opportunity to reflect on the customs of how Muslims pray.
